A modern mirrorless with a 24-70 and a 100-400 will cover 90% of the situations you'll encounter. Add a teleconverter only if you know you'll use it.

Lens-change anywhere outdoors invites dust. Master changing lenses inside the vehicle, with the AC off, and you'll keep your sensor clean.
